Big Helper

Andrew loves to feed Riley, now if he just enjoyed feeding himself as much we'd be all set, haha!!

For Valentines Day

It was just me and my two little Valentine's today!! We surprised Daddy by making him homemade Valentines and chocolate popcorn. We wanted to make chocolate covered strawberries, but the commissary had a bad selection this week, so we did this instead. It actually tasted really good and was so easy to make!!

Now, Mommy and Daddy are going to cap the night off with a movie and White Zinfandel; HAPPY VALENTINES EVERYONE!!!

Bike Rider

Andrew is getting really good at riding his bike. Since it has been chilly since Christmas, he has been riding it inside the house all this time. I think he has finally mastered it. Now that it is getting warmer we can head back outside and try it on the sidewalk, should be more successful now that he is a professional at turning, haha!!

Oreo Ice Cream Pie

The sick bug has once AGAIN come to see us, I have a cleaning project to do tomorrow!! Riley was sick Tuesday, Andrew was sick today, but on a more positive note, this evening when Andrew told me "I feel so much better Momma" I made an Oreo Ice Cream Pie. Here is my assistant helping to put the Oreos on!! We can't wait to taste it tomorrow night!!

Playing Ball

We had a family round of "Keep Away from the Monkey" (Andrew being the monkey). Andrew had a ton of fun trying to catch the ball and Riley thought it was funny everytime he saw Andrew running around like a madman trying to get it. Once he did catch it though he ran around trying to keep it away from us. It will be funner outside this summer though, more space!!!

Playground

Today was a gorgeous day, we haven't had one in a while, so we were excited to get back to our playground ritual. It got a little breezy after about an hour, but we had time to slide, play stick swords, ride in the bouncy vehicles and Andrew even found me some leaves to put in my new vase Cathy had bought me for Christmas (it is made just for little flowers kids pick for their Mommies!!). It was a FUN adventure!!

Silly Monkey

Andrew has decided that he doesn't like to wear pants, not sure where he gets this sudden urge to be a streaker...but he has decided that his pants belong on his head while he jumps around, what a silly monkey!!

Parent CoOp

I did my orientation at Parent CoOp today and I start my official Pediatrics First Aid class on Monday. I then start training next Tuesday and Friday to jump in whenever the boys and I are ready. Thank you Joyce and Patty for the great references!!

Andrew did great, I was a little nervous since I have been home with them for awhile now that he might not like me leaving the room to go into the director's office but he played the entire three hours and the only time he acted up was when it was time to leave.

Riley, on the other hand, screamed the entire time and did not want to be put down, so it will be interesting to see how he does next week. He also has not let me out of his sight this afternoon, including NO nap, it is nice to have such a lovey baby lately since Andrew is becoming so independent...

Basketball Week 2

I didn't get to take too many pictures tonight. With Daddy's finger still healing I was the one playing with him, but here he is doing a bounce pass. He did a pretty good job this week on the passing, still doesn't get the dribbling down, but the only thing this week was he didn't want to take his coat off the entire time!!
