Funtown

We had an extremely fun day at Funtown today with Papa, Mimi, Gramma, Grampa, Uncle Mikey, Uncle Charlie, and Uncle Clayton!! What an awesome way to spend our last weekend in Maine!!

Blue Star Junipers

The boys, Uncle Mikey, and I helped Gramma and Grampa plant two Blue Star Juniper shrubs this afternoon. Gramma and Grampa wanted the boys to each plant a shrub so that there could be a piece of the boys here with them once we go back home :)

Leap Pad

Bumpa and Nani got Riley a Leap Pad, Lightning McQueen backpack, a Lightning McQueen short set (which is in the wash, so not in the picture) and a card that sings "3 Little Fish" which Riley loves to repeatedly listen to :) He had a great birthday indeed!!

Happy 3rd Birthday Riley!

We had a fun day for Riley's birthday; we decorated a monkey cake, went to Jokers for a fun-filled day, then came back to Gramma's to eat some yummy pizza, open presents, and eat the cake!

Siblings Pictures

Michael, Clayton, Charlie, Andrew, Riley, and I had our pictures taken in Waterville today for a dual Mothers Day/Fathers Day present for our parents(/grandparents for Andrew and Riley) :) We have never all been in the same photo together so it was quite fun!!

Funtown

Today was opening day at Funtown, and both Mom and I got in for free since it is also Mother's Day weekend!  We had a blast riding all kinds of different rides and the boys even did one arcade game at the end and won small stuffed red whales; Andrew named his "Willy" and Riley just called his "Him" lol

Holloman AFB, New Mexico

Adam got word today that he will be going to New Mexico for his next base.  It is close to Texas and is also part of the '4 corner states' where Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico all share a corner.  Adam had his reservations about going stateside, but it is somewhere I have never been so it is an adventure for us no matter what!

Cinemagic Arcade

 After the movie the boys were attracted to the arcade which is where we became obsessed with the virtual roller coaster they have there!!  It was SO COOL we tried it 3 times!!

The Pirates! Band of Misfits

Gramma and Grampa took the boys, Uncle Mikey, and I to the Cinemagic theatre in Westbrook to see "The Pirates! Band of Misfits" in 3D!  It was the first 3D movie we had ever seen, and besides Riley's glasses not staying on his face very well we all enjoyed it a lot!!  It was a great experience and a cute movie!  The boys also went around posing by the other movie displays :) The "Dark Shadows" one had a chair built into it that you could actually sit in as well!
