What do you think this could be?? It may be deceiving and look small, but it actually ends up being quite big (or long...)

We had just gotten back from being out all day walking around Pordenone and Sacile, so that is why his cheeks are flushed. We didn't get to work on crafts at all today, so we will have to make that up tomorrow and do two!! We just got home about an hour ago from going to Venice, so the boys were overtired and not a time for crafts!!
