I'm going to be one of "those" parents for a minute and brag on my child.  At Andrew's conference today his teacher informed me he is reading at a 2nd grade level, doing math at a 3rd grade level, has a higher testing average than the school AND district, and far surpassed all the target scores for the year!  It is amazing what a difference a good teacher can make, and what a different report from last year.  So glad I moved him to this school and so proud of how well he is doing despite missing his Dad.  :)
